Message: The good outweighs the bad. The house has had some issues, it’s definitely not new but I do have a cute little simple house that love and I’ve been in for 2. 5 years. They work with you in every aspect of the way. I’m very appreciative to Shawn and Brandy. They have always looked out when I needed it the most. We’ve outgrown our little house, but I’m kinda afraid to move on. The fact that she’s kept my rent at a steady price and really stays out of my way really makes it hard to leave. They are the perfect landlords to have if you need a chance to get back on your feet, which is exactly what I needed after my divorce.

Message: I was lucky enough to find b and g rentals just over 5 years ago coming out of a homeless living situation as an mhmr client with some mental issues. They have continuously been kind to me and have gone out of their way to respect me though I do struggle from time to time with my mental states.
